Sometimes I look at my days and wonder what I have done. But when I take a look at my training schedule I can see where at least some of my hours are spent. There has been a nice bump in hours in March, where I started with 6 hours a week and ended in 10 hours pr week. First century of the season

Today I did my first century of the 2012 season. The weather prognosis looked really good with 25 degrees celsius and sun and no to little wind. As a friend of my wife’s were going shopping close to the Jersey Shore, I decided to basically drop her off at the mall, go out to the coast and ride north until I reached the northen point of the shore, called Sandy Hook. New shoes have arrived

Got new Tri shoes the other day – Specialized Trivent Expert! And with it also a little shim as my right leg apparently is a litte shorter than my left leg. Now I just got to wait until my bike is done (hopefully Tuesday) to go on my first ride. I wonder: Can I go training on a TT bike without Speedsuit, TT helmet and compression socks…hmmm. Or should I just go all in like Lance in his younger days.:
