Sometimes I look at my days and wonder what I have done. But when I take a look at my training schedule I can see where at least some of my hours are spent.
There has been a nice bump in hours in March, where I started with 6 hours a week and ended in 10 hours pr week. Now it’s on to April for the first couple of races: A Sprint triathlon on April 22nd and a 1/2 marathon on April 29th.
My March training numbers so far (still have 1 training day left) are these:
The split is as follows (I know, I should spend som more time in the water…):
- Running: 100k/8 hours
- Biking: 501k/17.5 hours
- Swimming: 6k/2.5 hours
