Today was my first session after meeting up with Coach Draper. A short-ish 1700m session with the following configuration: SWU3 – 300m warm up SDS3 – 8 x 25m drill set w/ 10 sec rest SFI5A – 7 x 100m intervals w/ 15 sec rest SSI5 – 8 x 25 sprint intervals w/ 20 sec rest SCD3 – 300m cool down I had been pretty tired ever since I woke up and the run this morning didn’t help either But … →
