Week 5 was a heavy training week with 9 training sessions plus a Sprint Triathlon on Sunday. Read more about the Tri here.
The bike training was dominated by intervals, both 1 min hill sprints up Washington Rd. in Princeton (pretty warm weather with 90 degrees) and 20 sec. power intervals in Mercer Country Park (where the nice park people just put on new smooooooth asphalt!)
