I had my first swim coach session with Chris Draper yesterday. We started our with a general discussion about my goals, my current abilities (100m at 1:45) and where I wanted to be in the future (100m at 1:30). After that we went to the pool and I did at 300 yard warm up that Chris video filmed: The result is below: As it can be seen there were quite a few things (as expected) that I needed to correct, …

This week didn’t really go as expected. After last weeks Tri I came down with tonsillitis Monday and had to get some antibiotics that made the week pretty slow with regards to training. I did feel ok on Wednesday and got on the trainer Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for some easy riding and a few runs. Stats for the week were: Time training: 2:49 hours Running: 2 sessions/6 km/29 min Cycling: 3 sessions/62 km/2:20 hours Swimming: 0 sessions
